Lynn has been involved in the field of developmental disabilities for the past three decades. During her career, she was an Executive Director for two small non-profit agencies, managed an employment program at Portland Community College, managed a statewide transition project at Oregon Technical Assistance Corporation (OTAC) and was the Program Manager for Developmental Disabilities (DD) Services in Lane County from 1998 to 2006. Lynn has served on numerous boards and is the past-president of Oregon TASH and Oregon Association for Persons in Supported Employment (Oregon APSE).
In April of 2008 she was awarded the distinguished alumnus award from the University of Oregon College of Education. Lynn currently works as a consultant in Oregon's developmental disabilities system. In addition to her work in developmental disabilities, Lynn has recently gotten involved in Oregon's mental health system as an advocate for a family member. She serves on the Oregon Partners in Crisis steering committee. Lynn lives in Portland with her family.
