Deschutes County Local Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC)

A Local Interagency Coordinating Council's (LICC) role is to provide assistance and oversight of Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) services at the local level. Each council is comprised of parents of young children with disabilities receiving EI/ECSE services, providers of EI/ECSE or other services to young children, and representatives from public and private agencies that provide services to young children and their families. The Deschutes LICC is located in Deschutes County.
